Ammy played her first round this week at Chessel, well 9 holes in fact. Due to covid19 we had the course virtually to ourselves. For Chf65 we practiced and played for a couple of hours in complete tranquility, rarely have I seen Ammy so focussed.
Having achieved a very respectable 58 with just one ‘gimme’ and no double digits nor ‘snowmen’ (8), I could only applaud the effort.
I decided to dig into my records to find my first round and indeed I have it, 1973, 9 years old and here’s the proof
